whats the best time of day to weigh yourself?
the best time is to weigh your self is in the beggining of the day and at the end if your on a diet or sumthin or like before you excersie and after...if not then juss at the end of day when your bout 2 go 2 sleep so you noe your not going to gain anymore weight by eating during the day.
you shouldnt be qweighting yout self every day because your weight changes all the time with things like not eating, eating, going to toilet, after exerscise, when you drink water, ect
The morning before you eat... Because you have no food in you to make you weigh a bit more :)
I weigh myself at the beginning of the day - before I eat or get dressed for the day.
