Am I wasting my time with a three day diet?

does it work, or am I just wasting my time? also, can anyone give me tips on how to loose weight by Christmas? please and thank you! :)

You’re wasting your time. You have to change your lifestyle for good. If you go on a diet then go off of it… what do you think will happen? You’ll gain the weight back.

You have to eat healthy and smart and exercise. Check out the Abs Diet for Women. I highly reccommend it.

tried it ; it works but you have to keep dieting afterwards, just not so extreme cause it makes you too hungry!
