I hurt my left knee but not to badly,is there anyway I can rehab it before school shopping starts next weekend?
if its been a recent injury (less than a day) put ice on it other than that, stay off it try not to use your leg as much and just concerntrate on resting it you could also see a doctor to make sure everythings ok with it
Ice it. Walk around on it. I'm a snowboarder and I hurt my wrists/knees all tha time. You just have to ice it.
ice it, try to make little movements with it, if you feel that you can move it more,then try to move it more.
you can put ice on it and soak it
