  I would go to a doctor ASAP. I was havin pain in my knee and waited too long and I sprained it really bad during basketball and was on cruches for a week and it never healed right and it still pops every time I bend and straighten it and it's been over 2 years.

  Well I one idea is to go to the doctor's and see what they tell you... another thing you can do is message them when they hurt... it helps ...

  Make an apointment with a good orthopedic surgeon. Quit running until you know what you are up against.
