okay well my knee hurts really bad is there anyway I can pop it? or something?
SOMETIMES I can get my knee to pop by locking it (full extension) and standing on that locked leg and twisting it. sometimes it pops and feels better sometimes it makes it worse. would rather recommend ice or heat, and resting it. if it still hurts after a day or two see a doctor to see if theres a serious problem
Depends on what part hurts and when. Can you do stairs? If not, it could be a misaligned kneecap,and there are easy exercises to fix that. Can you see a phyiscal therapist? They are great.
