wat are some exercises that will get my pack more defined? cuz i mean i got one and it look pretty good as far as what people tell me but i want it more defined?
i usally do flat sit up before I go to bed when i mean flat lay flat so you only use your abs and do curls, side to side curls to.when you do them before you go to bed they can heal at night because that the only time your body is fully relaxed and they heal faster like i have a rock hard six pack and my friend always try to knock my wind out by hitting me there hardest. none have succeded yet
My fiance is muscular. BUT he has fat on his tummy. For about a month now he's been cutting sugar out as much as he can and following the abs diet. He also does circuit workouts 5 times a week. The fat is MELTING away to reveal a sexy six pack!

The only way to get a six pack more 'defined' is to lose the fat in that area, this wll reveal the muscle. Doing sit-ups or similar are simply building the muscle, this will result in you having very strong abs but they may not be defined. I suggest doing cardeovasicular (i.e. running) work aswell as sit ups and whatever.
