how come when i wake up i cant get up i go back to sleep again? happend to me 7 times in 1 day

You need to go to bed earlier, it sounds like you are exhausted, try setting the time in your bedroom a few minutes earlier so you have a few minutes to wake up before you get out of bed.

Because either you are going to bed to late and traying to wake up early, or meaby because you have not been able to sleep due to stress? If it’s because your going to bed late, simply go to bed earlier, and set an alarm like one hour or half an hour earlier so when it rings you don’t have to get up, you can just stretch out and rest while you fully wake up. If it’s because of stress, you can try to do something before you go to bed that gets you away from that stuff. Read a fun book, drink something that makes you sleepy and watch some television or listen to music e.c.t. This way your not thinking about the stress or problems, your just giving yourself time to relax and you will go to sleep with your last thing thinking about being about the book you read, the music your listened to and stuff like that.

Or…. it is possible that you have something else going on in your life that is disruptive to your sleep.

Usually when someone suffers from anxiety or depression, the sleep habits are the first to change. The problem can vary from person to person…. some can fall asleep but not stay asleep while others cannot fall asleep for hours on end but will sleep fine once they get into a deep sleep.

If this is something new for you, what I would suggest is this:

Try to go to bed at the same time each day but more importantly… get UP at the same time every day.

Make sure that where you are sleeping is comfortable and keep the room dark and not too warm. You’ll sleep better is it is a little cooler and just add extra bedding.

Avoid too much caffeine intake during the day and none after 5pm.

Take a hot shower, put on something that you’re really comfortable in, and begin winding down an hour or so before you wish to go to sleep.

Find something that you NEED to read… like something you’re studying. That always makes me fall asleep lol….
