water flushes out the toxins from our important organs such as the liver and kidneys. It helps us from getting sick and feeling tired and run down. A good diet is essential to keep stress down as well as a good 6- 8 glassess of water. I drink hot water in the morning and evening which find really soothing :)
Well I dont know if I'd look at it that way. Being dehydrated puts the body under stress. But so does being malnourished. As long as you're properly hydrated I dont think water then does anything extra to help reduce stress.
