Is there any foods or drinks that would atleast slightly help cramps. My mom is at the store buuying me midol right now but she's taking to long. Help me
well girl midol and heating pad and rest alittle and try to walk around the block or something to excersise them out if you can and water a lot of liquids and depends how old you are then maybe masturbation but I don't know if you do that it helps girl trust me but anyways the rest you can try to do bye hope that helps.
