wanna know the TRUTH? - they don't!! they don't work!! - there's know such thing as body target training!! when you wanna be toned, you need to work your WHOLE body in order to burn fat and define your mussles!! you can't target one spot and expect to see results, TRUST - it just leads to frusteration. TRUTH: you can't control where you wanna loose fat first!! - it's up to your body!! however when you start to loose fat, MOST tend to lose it in the face first and core last!
