My doctor recommends that I eat 1 to 2 ounces of dark chocolate every day for antioxitants, healthy fats, and to help lower my blood pressure. She recommends 85% cocoa but says 70% is ok. To me 85% cocoa dark chocolate is too bitter to really enjoy but 70% seems the perfect mix of chocolate and sweetness.
snickers and milky way are junk. They are mostly sugar with only a bit of cocoa. Dark chocolate has more cocoa and less sugar. When it comes to the healthfulness of chocolate the darker and higher the percentage of cocoa the better.
Depends on the amount of chocolate, not on the frequency.
If you eat an entire pack every time, you should definitely not do it more than once a week. If you eat one small piece every time, then daily is OK.
I think we all know chocolate is bad for you. :P lol BUT I would recomend you should only have it, eh, once a week. It's not very healthy and if you eat too much you could become overweight. :) Hope this helped!
Nothing is actually really healthy. ESPECIALLY chocolate. If your body doesn't know what chemicals and substances enter your body then it turns to sugar, and sugar turns into fat.
so lets say if i eat a snickers bar or a milky way bar everyday that would be bad or not, tell me please thank you.
too bitter? No!! Its amazing! But then, I like eating cocoa nibs...
Dark chocolate ... is rather healthy.
I eat a small piece everyday
