Hows this foran an excersice plan. Each day btw. Go for a 15-30 min brisk walk in my neaighbor hood, 25 laps in the pool, than an hour of regular aerobic excersising. I also have volleyball practice once a week and will use the ymca gym 3x a week. I also plan to eat a yogurt or piece of fruit for breakfast, than a healthy sandwhich and either a side of fruit or vegetables and than diner, and plan to drink only water. I may also have a granola bar for a snack in between. Does that sound good. Or any other suggestions?
I would up da walk alittle bit but dont push your self to hard there is a thing called burning and you dont want that... but yea I would stick to your plan! other then that I would run rather then walk burns more cal. off
