How can I get a perfect, flat stomach in a short time?

Dont just say work out, eat healthy, etc. Try to be specific.

Do planks, and learn how to suck in your stomach for at least 15 to 25 minutes each day. Naturally in a month or so it wont be to noticeable nomore. ALSO sit ups

The ONLY way to get rid of body fat is to eat in a caloric deficit, exercise, and get quality rest.

I’m not sure why people are recommending crunches, sit ups, etc. when all those are just abdominal strength isolation exercises. They’ll make your abs strong, but won’t get rid of the body fat, that can only be done in a caloric deficit.
