Home More advice Politics & Law
It's something for polititions to say they are either "for' or "against" in order to appeal to a certain voter base. Otherwise it's a waste of time to even talk about. Laws are already in place to prevent violent felons from buying guns legally, but as we know, criminals don't follow the law. If someone really wants a gun, they WILL get one somehow. Every law abiding person should have, and already has the constitutional right to own firearms for whatever reason(s) they choose including protecting their home and loved ones from home invasion, personal violent attack ect. ect. If guns are outlawed, what next? Ball bats? People "lose it" all the time in this world, and guns have nothing to do with it. There really is no way to control it, so why infringe on peoples rights with a useless idea of more laws just to say "well, we tried"
I agree with BBV. As long as the criminal history is clean, no mental defects-as in- going postal.. We as citizens have a constitutional right to bear arms.
Not bothered about whether governments ban it or not (they are strictly banned in my country), but security enforcement is absolutely imperative.

I think every adult who has never had any criminal dealings should have the right to have a gun at home.
Sorry about the double post guys.
