Actually, REAL authentic Chinese food is very good for you. We often use many herbs, and other foods that promote general well-being in our food, such as ginger. However, the Chinese food you get at restaurants and the Americanized kind are horrible for you. They are full of grease, MSG, etc.
Must be ok, 1 billion Chinese people can't all be wrong.
Some Chinese food (especially Americanized Chinese) is very fatty. It also tends to be high in sodium which can be a problem for some people.
Some of the lighter vegetable dishes are quite healthy.
depends what kind of chinese food. The fast food kind is no good for you. But often when it's homemade it's actually good for you. Im chinese, my mom makes chinese food eeryday and it's extremely healthy.
U think the chinese are eating the crap we eat?? lmao, look at asians in asia, their all slim, their dont eat fatty foods. other then that I think they need more chinese food in this country
It is very good but not on a regular basis, as you notice chinese food can be very greasy but then there is healty food that they have.
I think it's okay to eat. Like all fast food, though, it probably should be consumed in moderation.
