How to restart?

Thank You for responding to my question, HELP! How do you restart a computer? And will you lose all data if you do?
If it’s a windows computer,
click on “Start” at the bottom left of the screen (or the circle if you use Vista), and then go to “Restart” and click it.
Or, just push Ctrl Alt and Del at the same time, twice.
