How do I insert a tampon? Its my first time using one and im not sure how to do it…please help!!

well what i do is aim for my kidneys .. its on an angle.. and any way push in and stand up if you feel discomfort then sit down and re try .. and look in the box for the daigrams
I have the same problem and I feel like when I put it in that the string will break or somthing when I try to pull it out…Also I get this burning kinda feeling is that bad,werid..or normal??
If you look inside the box, there should be instructions, tips, and diagrams on how to insert them correctly.
