how do you incert a tampon I get real nervous and don’t kow how
you put it in the hole!!!
ok the main thing is to RELAX!! ik u probably cant with me just yelling at u lol ok well u just put one foot up on the toilet,sit on the toilet, crouch down, or lay down. I think personal its easier to put a foot up. ok. relax. hold the tampon and slowly insert ok well i have a vid i was looking at earier and its funny but gets the point across lol ok here watch
