try to relax, take deep breaths, don't stress yourself out over the little things. and if they keep occuring, go to the doctor and ask if there is any anti-anxiety medications that could help you (:
Meditating is always a great exercise on learning how to control ones self. Through proper practice eventually you will learn how to control those panic attacks in real time, when they occur.
