The past two weeks or so my atomach really hurts when I wake up. If I sit up or stand up, it no longer hurts but if I lay back down, it hurts again. And it's only in the mornings, when I wake up.
well..... not to sound weird but either you need to go to the crapper for a visit from the brown fairy
OR
do you wake up early and in a rushed sort of way? if so you need to eat something sweet or any food in general (i preffer something sweet as it goes down better :D ) your pain should stop after a nibble
OR
you sleep on your stomach, afaik that can cause stomach pain for some people in the mornings, maybe sleeping in another position would help
Based on all your other posts, I would chalk that one up to stress.
