I play soccer and I keep running and moving but my stomach hurt me Why ? It's so annoying
Maybe you need to strengthen your core more since that is the source for most injuries and other issues when the abdomen is weak. It's the most important part of the body when it comes to working out or participating in a sport. It is your center so if it is off you are off. Other wise you may just need to see a doctor if it's really that bad. Could be something different that needs some attention. Good luck!
