Is it statutory rape if I'm 13, and I'm hanging out with 18 year olds?
I know it is if we have sex, But we're not. This guy that is also 18 and won't stop talking to me, wants to call the police.. :s
It's only statutory rape if there is anything sexual going on...and not just sex itself. But I question why an 18 year old is spending time with a 13 year old anyway. I'd say this other guy wants to call the cops simply because he doesn't believe that there's nothing going on or because he also questions why an 18 year old is spending so much time with a 13 year old. It just comes from concern.
if you're just hanging out with them, it's completely fine. what's the guy want to call the cops for?
it only is classed as rape if you have any sexule relation with them but if not it's fine.
