How can I start a career in modeling in Sydney?

I just want to know where to start to get a couple modeling jobs near me. Does anyone know of a good modeling agency or something based in Sydney, Australia that i can go to or call up or email or something to see if i can start to model?

I’d look at StarCastNow.com You could look about anywhere, but with modeling, you got to be able to travel. You need your own transportation… It’s like a job. If you can’t get there, they don’t want you. Modeling is a long process, it doesn’t happen overnight. Since you’re a beginner, you could audition, or you’d need to find a photographer or agency to help you create a portfolio and biography. And then they do the job with finding you castings and inserting you into them, then you’d go and audition where your agency has put you.
