I've had an eating disorder. Does that slow your metabolism down? How can I speed it up so I can lose more weight faster?If that is even possible.
ed slow your metabloism down a lot and cause weight flucuations I don't think you can raise your metabloism to the point where you start losing a lot of weight its gentics and if you are only doing this to lose weight I suggest you rethink it. ed's are serious life treating issues that people die fromif you want to lose weight exerisce and diet properly by the way green tea raises your metabloism
eating disorders do in fact slow your metabolism down because your body tries to hold on to that food for as long as possible, thus digesting it slower.
I have an ED too and my metabolism is shiiitty
exercising helps speed it up too though, anything that builds muscle really.
not eating can slow down your metabolism because your body is trying to stop you from losing weight. Once you start eating again you will gain the weight back and more because its in that slow state. Regular exercise and small portions will help you lose weight healthfully.
I heard drinking a lot of water will speed it up
try drinking 8 - 10 oz of water or more everyday
drink A LOT of water and not to eat junk f00d.
