I would say most people do have some mental illness....its defo fact as much as 1 in 5 will suffer in old age....Mental problems that are most common are the ones like insecurieties, vanity led lifes, people trying to be some one they are not kinda stuff....being unreasonable, irrational and aggresive is signs of mental problems....most fears are signs of mental problems....most people have mental problems IMO.
Everyone is born with a "blank canvas" of a brain, as we go through life we pick up certain pieces of knowledge and such but we also go through a lot of emotional and physical stress. I do think everyone has some kind of problem even if they don't realize it's there. "If someone claims to be completely sane they are either lying or not very bright".
We all have our problems. Problems have to be of a certain severity before it is considered an illness. Everyone has some delusions, neuroses, obsessions, and irrational fears. When these problems become severe enough to prevent someone from functioning it becomes a mental illness.
I think everyone has their own mental issues (by which I dont necessarily mean disorder or illness) and most people will probably be affected by some sort of mental disorder in their lives at some point - could be a mood disorder, or it could be a result of aging.
Those aren't mental illnesses. Things like depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar, shitzophrenia, multiple personalities, being suicidal and more are mental illnesses. Not simply being irrational and those things.
You mean mental illness? Or like some psychological thing? Personally nope, I don't think so. I think a lot of people like to diagnose themselves.
Oh, if it's what Janice said then no. Everyone goes through some kind of problem or obstacle in life, but by no means are they mental.
Wait what? Can you re word this or something, please?
Mental as in a crazy or evil side? If so, then yes!
