We are a team of trusted black and multicultural counselors and therapists dedicated to providing high-quality mental health counseling in New York. Our founder considers herself a Post-Modern therapist, focused on guiding clients through the myths and misconceptions surrounding mental health in our communities. With over 10 years of experience, we are here to empower you to discover therapeutically proven ways to address anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and more. We believe in creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment for you to explore your unique concerns and challenges.

At The New Hope MHCS, we offer a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, emotional focus therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness.
