Skinny help please

Me and my twin are skinny… But not to the point that our adam’s apple is very noticeable. I am a computer eng’g student and my twin is an it student. Our brain is very much in use because of studying hard but we have less appetite on food. We eat more during meals compared to our classmates. Aside from that, most of the people who knows us .. They say we are the reflections of our mother on her childhood. Are we having this bodily condition because of inheritance or just stress? Would anyone care to give an advice? It would be very much appreciated… Thanks. Gbu

Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.
