Contacts and tge protective type of glasses thats arent made of glass but bendable plastic. Contacte cause god forbid you fall and glass cracks on your face :( better to be safe than sawwy.

Most people wear goggles when skiing or snowboarding - easier to fit them on your face when you’re wearing contacts.

Glasses or goggles (plastic, non breakable), cause if you hit a tree, it might shove contacts into the eye.

best to wear contacts so if you hit a tree..well :P but you can wear goggles if you wear your contacts, but sometimes i wear my glasses which is kinda annoying cuz they fog up sometimes
