How many sit ups do I have to do daily to get toned abs???
well...situps alone probably will not tone up your abs. Combined with good eating and cardio, will not only burn fat, but it will tone more muscles then just your stomach.
When doing situps, reps are always important...doing about 20 situps at a time, and maybe doing 50-100 a day. That will get your stomach toned pretty fast...but don't make the mistake of working out, and then eating a big Snickers bar afterwards lol :D
Eating a healthy diet and working out is the key to toned muscles...I work at a gym...

well I am a female, and I do from 30-60 situps. I also do twists for my waist. on top of that, I eat lean cusine meals and salads. and if you do have a taste for that soul food, it's ok. just portion your meals is the key! also I don't drink any sodas. I drink juice and water. I already lost 7 pounds. I had a day where I had craved some chocolate. guess what I ate it, and the next day, I was on with my diet. I guarantee that this will help anyone!!!
well, for a girl id recomend that you started off with 10 sit ups, then mix it up with some crunches in between.
be sure not to loose count, because you may think you have done more but you really havent done as many as you think.
I recomend starting off with situps, then moving on to crunches.
you should feel as though your abs are tighter after a workout.
Begin slowly as much as you can do , continue this everyday and increase 5 pushups, sit-ups daily. When you get tired or start paining then don't stop moves, just try to do more 5-10 at that moment. For perfect advice and workout join gym and physical trainer may help you more on this
Try to start out small, do as many as you can & then work up from there, try each day maybe to do one - five more, and keep going, it takes some time, maybe a few months, but wel worth it.
I am a female I do 50-100 situps a day I drink water all the time I also like to run I lost 10 pounds exercising and drinking water is the best thing 2 do if you want 2 lose weight
i do 100 a day at the gym wit a medicine ball....but i do them till it hurts then do 10 to 15 more....when it hurts you get more out of it
well when I do fitness training (im 13 btw) I do about 60 press-ups & sit-ups, then do some running, then stretches and then some laps.
well im a 4pack boy so i did 99 push ups every day and 50 pull ups every day drink alot of water tho..
