sit-ups making my muscles hurt

so badly.. I feel naseas right now cause my tummy muscles feel too sore. does that mean I should skip a few days til it gets better or keep killing myself until I get used to it? I've been doing a lot of tummy excersize average 175 sit ups a day for only two days but my tummy is reacting cause I'm not so used to this. what do I do? should I message my tummy? do stretches?
