How much calories do situps kill?

I have been doing a lot of sit ups…like 200 something a day. Will it hurt me if I skip one day because my tailbone is killing me!!??

Why did you continue when your tailbone started hurting? It’s your body’s way of telling you to stop. Plus, if your tailbone hurts from doing it, you’re probably not doing it right, and/or you’re doing it on a hard surface. Try doing it on a yoga mat or an exercise ball.

of course you can skip one day! if your tailbone is hurting you, then dont pressure it!!! lol I did the sit up fitness test today and got like 35

Try sitting on a pillow or something when you do the push ups. There will be less presure on your tail bone if you do this.
