Ambien and lunesta I wouldn't recommend takein, they have some side effects you probably woudnt want, I would suggest the melatonin because your body makes it on its own, I will warn though that they give you very real seeming dreams, I also suggest to talk to you pharmacist for the best thing for you
In addition to melatonin, you could try cherries for it, cherries contain more melatonin than other fruits/ veggies.
I take melatonin sometimes. It's natural and works great for me because it doesn't make me drowsy the next day.
You should really talk to a pharmacist about this.
