Why they dont make pills without side effects because if I take 1 pill for a headache and I get a heartattack, there is nonsense to take a pill.lol.
Everyone is different. Some people have allergic reactions to one thing whereas other people are allergic to something else. Therefore there can’t be one medication for all people.
It is a process of evolution and that is what keeps the human race viable. Although one medication cannot work for ALL people, so too, no one disease will kill ALL people. There will always be some survivors.
