Why shouldn't you wear a bra when you go to sleep?

There is a myth that your breasts get smaller, if you do which is not true. There really isn’t a reason that you shouldn’t wear a bra other than the fact it is insanely uncomfortable! (for me at least.

There’s no reason you shouldn’t unless your UN-comftorable wearing one but there is absolutely nothing wrong with wearing one, especially of your more comftorable that way.

To me either way I wouldn’t wear one its just too binding!

Haha theres so many myths about wearing a bra to sleep, when I was younger I told told it would give you cancer. No idea where that came from but it freaked me out. I personally find sleeping in a bra uncomfortable but I dont see any problem with it if it’s more comfortable for you :)

I was told it would give you cancer and wire bras would give cancer, but I dont wear a bra cuz Its comfier, I only wear a bra to sleep if my friends are staying over and stuff like that

i was told that it can deform your breast, that could just be a myth. but personally i have fallen asleep with it on and when i took it off in the morning b4 my shower i noticed they hurt so thats why i don’t.

I’ve been told that if you wear a bra with underwire while sleeping, it can cut off circulation, and that’s probably no good. But, who knows? I wear a bra to bed because I’m uncomfortable without one, and I’m fine so far. (:

I wear one when sleeping and tbh my boobs have a good rounded shape I was push up ones

Lots of people say that you shouldn’t wear bras while sleeping because you can get cancer, which is lie. Some women choose not to wear them because they shape your boobs over night. So whatever shape the bra is that’s how they start to take shape of. Water in an ice cube tray.
