Is it safe to wear wired bras to sleep?

I do, I cant stand the feeling of having no bra on.. i just feel more comfortable wearing a bra.. but SOMETIMES i wear a sports bra.. but i just usually sleep with a wired bra on.. its comfortable to me..

It’s safe, whatever is comfortable for you. I prefer to go braless, so much more comfortable.

I used to sleep with one on but I woke up with marks so I stopped doing it. It was pretty comfortable.

Yes, it’s safe, it won’t make your boobs bigger if that’s what you’re after. I do because I can’t stand the feeling of being bra-less, tbh. But, yeah it’s safe.

It’s completely safe, the rumors about wearing bras to bed giving you breast cancer etc are 100% fake. Just whatever is comfortable for you.

You can but wear a clean one because otherwise you will start to get spots on your breasts. I remember when I was given my first bra and I thought you had to keep it on even in bed ! :L Then my mum told me that I can take the bra off at night because you don’t need that much support.

I either go braless or wear a sports bra tht is too big so therefore is pretty loose

i agree with a lot of the above, it’s safe but not necessarily the best thing. It’s healthy to not wear bras to sleep but i have a hard time with the feeling as well. i suggest a bando. (those spandex, strapless, padless bands that wrap around your bust) that way there is no constriction but you don’t feel exposed and a little awkward! :)
