I hate shots and I have to get some tomorrow

I have to get a lot of shots tommarow I don’t know for what I was just told that and I absoloutly HATE HATE shots I know I sound like I am like 5 but I don’t know I hate them so much and I have to get a lot now? I move way to much and they tell me I could hurt myself if I move is that true? and is there anything they can do to help me stay still I don’t want anything to happen? so my ? is, is there anything they can do to make sure I say still ? thanks

Allright, you have to breathe. Shots only hurt if you expect them to. Don’t watch, think about something else. Relax your muscles and think about your favorite memory ever. Imagine that you are kissing Johnny Depp or something girlish like that. Keep your mind occupied and look away without closing your eyes. Good luck, it’ll be over in a few seconds
