Im getting a tooth pulled tomorrow it hurts my tooth hurts like hell will it hurt even more when he pulls it plus how much does the novacain shot hurt

Oh dear, hope I’m not too late.

HAVE that novocain shot! It only hurts for a second or two, and believe me, it is worth it! You won’t feel a thing while the tooth is being pulled, and afterwards the pain will take a while to come on, while the shot wears off…

I’ve had like 2 teeth pulled and I’m a BIG wimp, they num you, but if your a realy big wimp like me they get calming gas and that helps.

Ditto to susila on the novacaine…it’s only a pinch, they wait till that part takes hold, and then give the rest…

If your tooth is abcessed…then NO, it’ll never hurt that bad from the pulling…it’ll be a huge relief!!…just be sure to not eat on that side, or suck or run your tougue over the hole…you don’t want a dry socket…
