When I run (and sometimes when I drink alcohol) I get a pain in my right shoulder, like a growing pain/stich. What is it? And how's it caused?

  when you run you tend to bounce a lot, perhaps you are yanking your shoulder when you let your arms bounce. pay attention to certain poses made throughout the day, but running most likely isn't the problem.
