Pain in my right shoulder

For the longest time I’ve experienced pain in my right shoulder,sometimes my whole neck and shoudlers will tense up,right now my right shoulder blade is actin up,is it panic or nerve problems.

have you ever thought about seeing a doctor about it? a profesional whos job is to diagnose peoples problems and fing a way to fix them? if not, see a dcotor theyll be able to have a look, take some tests, xrays ect, whatever they need to do and theyll be able to find out why that area is painfull
then theyll tell you what you can do to help it
