What could this "bruised" and sometimes "mild throbbing" pain be?

Its right on the inside of my left hip bone. I don’t really notice it until sometimes it just gives off a light throb, and if I apply light pressure it feels like there is a concentrated area that is sore, almost like a bruise. What could cause this? Anyone else ever experiance anything like it? It has been going on for about 3 weeks or so.

On your hip bones the most likely culprit is either bruises under the skin that you cant see, pulled muscles in your hip oor groin area, etc. I get pulled muscles in my hips often and its tender to the touch, throbs, and causes pain when i walk. Your best bet is to consult a doctor though since no one on this site is a medical professionl and can diagnose you. In the meantime take some ibuprofen for pain and try not to irritate the area more.
