what is a way for me to lose the exessive fat on my stomach without having to change my diet? I just want to get rid of the fat, nothing else.
You need to eat a low fat diet and do daily cardio excersise of at least 30 mins or nothing will change. Eat small meals - don't eat til you feel really full, just eat enough to JUST feel satisfied. You need to restrain yourself a bit if you really want to see results.
yep you'll have to do some cardio try getting another friend involve with you, going to walks maybe jogs. for 3-4 miles. You should burn around 400-420 carolies if you do 4 miles.
I dont know if its much help but I know that if you buy celery and boil it in water... then drink that water it helps burn a lot of fat
