What are reasons for believing in Capital Punishment, and reasons for not?
i.e. do you believe in it and why?
Capital Punishment is a catch 22, if a criminal is committed fairly for the crime/s he or she has committed and depends on the horrific nature of their crimes; they should be put to death. Of course the other downside with C.P is, some criminals could be falsely accused and 10 or 15 years later down the track the person, after new DNA and evidences merges to find the deceased was innocent, unfortunately, they cannot be brought back from the dead…….Personally, if I was the person in charge of pushing legislation through, I would push C.P for criminals who are are serial killers, serial child molesters and serial arsonists….These people are repeated offenders so no matter how much “do-gooders” wants to give them a chance, these low-lifers will re-offend again and again.
