Well It’s rather contradictory, and so are alot of things, modern Christianity is pretty tolerant. But being goth and into vampires is pushin it quite abit. Go with what your heart and conscience is telling you.

I’m “emo” apparently so and I like vampires and zombies but I classify myself as “punk” im not really “emo” but hey I kinda like the name lol. But I’am christian and has far has I can tell vampires aren’t like devil worshipping and stuff their just fictional characters. So your fine cuz’ I think god woulda said something about vampires and zombies in the bible as being bad or something. lol

It should be perfectly fine. If Christians are people of god, then they would accept you no matter what your look preference or interests are. If they dont then theyre not true Christians, just judgers. In my opinion c:

I’m pretty sure God wouldn’t mind if you’re interested in a certain color or certain fictional characters. I’m not Christian, but I believe that God is a symbol of love and does not judge….

I think as long as your heart is pure and you love and follow Jesus with all your heart then it doesnt matter what clothes you wear, what style you dress or what movies you like

I don’t see why not. I’m a Christian I went through a phase like that. I wore black, black makeup, obsessed with the undead etc. Did it make me a bad Christian? No. I didn’t smoke, I wasn’t doing dru.gs, I wasn’t having sex with random people, I wasn’t worshiping the devil. There’s nothing wrong with dressing a certain way or liking certain ‘characters’ whatever you classify vampires as.

Dress sense and interests shouldn’t interfere with religion. Hey, it says that “a woman shalt not wear garments that belong unto a man” but plenty of Christian women wear trousers, right? She’s probably looking on a sterotype of goths being Satanists, and there is nothing wrong with being either of those things. As you are a Christian then she already knows what your faith is so she shoudn’t worry about what you wear or look like, as long as you’re comfortable with it.

When I said that I was thinking of what that lifestyle has lead to sometimes like satan worship and satanic rituals. I’m not trying to steroetype, I just want you to be careful. Satan the great deciever, lives to decieve you and pull you away from God. Just keep your heart in the right place and be careful who you listen to and what they are saying.

Do me the biggest favour in the world girl and NEVER let ANYONE tell you how to dress or live your life, you are you… it doesn’t make you a bad person, never elt your parents control you, be the driver of your own car, one of the greatest things about my teens (I’m a late teen now) and what still is that I don’t care what anyone thinks of me, I’v had arguemnts over it bullying e.c.t but at the end of the day I don’t have any regrets over the way I dress/dressed because its sculpted me as an artist… I used to dress very extremely gothic and now I’v found my own quirky style

just please be yourself and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise ebcause if you do I promise you will regret it, life is all about exprimenting, beauty is such an illution these days, people forget that what makes somone beautiful is thier freedom and bravery x
