Quads sticking out.

You know the front part of the thighs? Quads, is that it? Correct me if im wrong. Mine seem to stick out, which I find really really annoying. Do you know any ways to get rid of em? I mean exercise or something?

The reason they “stick out” the way they do now is because you probably already have muscular legs, which is awesome… Not a bad thing at all. My quads are the same way, but if you want to proportion them better use a thigh machine to put some muscle on the rest of your quads so it will look more proportionate.

Excercise is always the best answer. Eat right. Lots of fresh fruit and especially veggies. Avoid soda. Soda is probably one of the nastiest things you can put in your body, yet it’s so good! I drink it on occasion then feel bad for doing it. running, swimming, long evening walks (fun to do with friends) squats. It’s really mostly about the food you digest.
