Guadraceps? Is that the full term? I forget. Haha, but quads are muscles, I think they’re in your arms.

Quadriceps are the large, front muscles of your thighs, just above your kneecaps, and are the largest muscle group in the body.

Your quad muscles, or quadraceps femoris muscles are the large group of muscles of the thighs, and they are powerful extensors of the knee. The name comes from the fact that it is a four headed muscle. The individual names of the four parts are vastus lateralis, vastus intermedius, vastus medialis and rectus femorus
