What is wrong with my stomach?

Since thursday morning I have had stabbing pains in the centre of my stomach just below my ribs. I was trampolining the following evening. Have I just pulled a muscle or is it something more serious? If it is a pulled muscle how do I treat it?

Have you trampolined in the pass or for as long. A trampoline is actually a very good workout on your entire body. Even someone physically fit can get muscle cramps from the workout on a trampoline as it works out a lot of the muscles in your stomach that a tradition workout does not. Try taking a warm bath if that seems to help its either muscle related or possibly gas. Give it the day or so and you should be feeling better. If not I would consult a doctor. If Pulled muscle or just strain from working it out I would take a warm bath and use a heating pad.
