I have pulld or torn muslces in my inner thigh from dance, but i cant stop dancing due to pratice and tryouts...anyway to heal them fast??
Only if they are not ripped or damaged. If they are damaged then you must stop and rest until they heal. If they are just sore you can use an NSAID medication like advil or aleve or go to the doctor for prescription anti inflammatory medicine.
icey hot patches help relieve the pain. believe me! i pulled a back muscle last week and i LIVED off those things :)
