Which one is better for you?
Outside: less boring since the scenery changes, injury more likely due to changes in terrain (unless running on a track), danger of crime. Inside: can safely train at any time and in any weather, easy to monitor distance, difficulty, time and heart rate using treadmill electronics. For a short run, like doing a little cardio after strength training I prefer to hop on a treadmill. For longer runs I prefer to run outside.
I can go either way, but I prefer to run outside because it pushes you a little harder. That's my personal opinion, I'm a runner for short and long distance and I also play soccer.
Running outside is better for your knees. If you run inside you can keep to a schedule no matter what the weather is outside.
depends where u live. i live in texas and it would be a bit stupid to run outside because it gets ao darn hot.
