How to lose weight fast if I don't want to run?

is anyone there? because I need to loose weight fast and I dont think I can start off running because you need to look good in order to run outside and I dont yet

dont run walk,,, it has the same effect and you can walk around the block a couple of times. There is no such thing as loosing weight fast. To lose weight though eat 6 SMALL meals a day every two hours or so

You can run inside, on the step. Just one step up and down again, 4 mins a day for the first week, 7 minutes a day by week 3, eventually get to 10. It’s hard work but it works!

If you have eating urges like I do, it’s hard to lose weight. To help my eating urges, I eat smarties. They’re fat free and they help your appitite slow down. Stretch. Sit on the floor and spread your legs. Reach arms towards feet and middle. Practice splits. You’ll feel better. It helps if you stretch in the mornings before school because it helps your metabolism speed up.
