well I dont know exactly but I dont htink that he will get in trouble and your rent shouldnt b mad at you they will blame it on him but the baby is part his child so he will have 2 support you and the baby but they cant keep him a way from you unless you go 2 court but just stay strong and dont show weakness Luv, tutti_fruitti_girl : )

Did read the whole question btw but.. I dont know what state you are in but in the USA in my state, Georgia.. he would get in trouble. Because the age of consent here is 16. If you want details ask me… otherwise I dont feel like explaining. Look it up online.

I don’t think nothing will happen to your boyfriend but when you have the baby the doctors going have a lot questions too ask like where was you mother when you was out making baby…Just have faith in god and everything will be all right :-)

Since you are under 16 and there is more than a 2 year age difference between you and your boyfriend, yes he could get into trouble. The law says that when minors are more than 2 years apart the older one could be charged with statutory rape or the corruption of a minor, depending on where you live.

no he cant get in trouble..if he was a year older && then they could charge him for statutory rape.

they could tell him to stay away from you..but seeing how its his child also and that he has a job im sure theyll be understanding after awhile.

with the job I would go ahead and get one..theres no reason why you shouldnt if your babys daddy has one and hes trying to help you then you should too.

shes 14 and in their care so yes they can…( shes underage)… the guy is not a adult ( 18 ) so I dont think he will get in trouble.. they can just prevent them from seeing each other.

No- your parents can’t make you. But yes, your boyfriend could get in trouble, because you are under 16, so you can’t consent to any sexual relationship at all.
